• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

7. Course Access and Completion

Upon enrollment, you will receive access to course materials for the duration specified in the course description. We reserve the right to modify course content, schedules, and instructors as necessary. Certificates are issued upon successful completion of course requirements.

8. Placement Assistance

While we provide job placement assistance, we do not guarantee employment. Placement support includes resume building, interview preparation, and job referrals, subject to student performance and market conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Yuvraj Classes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific course.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.
