Refund Policy

We strive to provide the best learning experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

Full Refund (100%)

  • Request made within 7 days of enrollment
  • No course materials accessed or downloaded
  • No classes attended (for live/offline courses)

Partial Refund (50%)

  • Request made between 8-14 days of enrollment
  • Less than 25% of course content accessed
  • Maximum of 2 classes attended (for live courses)

No Refund

  • Request made after 14 days of enrollment
  • More than 25% of course content accessed
  • Course completion certificate issued
  • Promotional or discounted courses (unless otherwise stated)

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to refunds@ yuvrajclasses.com
  2. Include your enrollment details (name, course name, enrollment date)
  3. Provide a reason for the refund request
  4. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
  5. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during enrollment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
  • UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 7-10 business days

4. Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional situations may arise. In cases of medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly. We will review your case individually and may offer:

  • Course deferral to a future batch
  • Extended access to course materials
  • Partial refund consideration

5. Course Cancellation by Institute

If we cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment or other reasons, you will receive a full refund (100%) within 7 business days, or you may choose to transfer to another course of equal or lesser value.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Registration or administrative fees
  • Physical study materials or books (if shipped)
  • Examination or certification fees paid to third parties
  • One-on-one mentorship sessions already conducted

7. Payment Plan Refunds

If you enrolled through a payment plan (EMI), refunds will be calculated based on the total amount paid to date, minus any applicable deductions as per this policy. Outstanding installments will be waived upon refund approval.

8. Disputes and Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter by contacting our management team at support@ yuvrajclasses.com . We will review your case and provide a final decision within 7 business days.
